Eat UP for 1/9/2017:Cheeseburger Block Busters

Get ready for the down and dirty recipe for Cheeseburger Block Busters:


  • 1 tube of Pillsbury Grand Dinner Rolls
  • 1/2 pound of ground, lean chop meat
  • 1 small bag of cubed cheese (type of cheese, is up to you)
  • 1/4 pound of bacon, cut into small pieces
  •  2 eggs, beaten
  • Spice as your desire
  • Parchment Paper
  • Sesame Seeds


  • Preheat over to 375 degrees
  • Add spices and bacon pieces to ground meat in large mixing bowl
  • Place mixture into heated frying pan
  • Brown meat until all of the pink is gone and meat turns to crumbles, drain as needed
  • Let the meat cool for 15 mins in the pan
  • While the meat is cooling, open and separate the biscuit dough
  • Take a piece of dough and flatten it out between your hands
  • Once flattened, take a small handful of meat and place in the center of the dough
  • Put one cube of cheese on top of the meat
  • Fold the edges of the dough over the top of the cheese and pinch at the seams
  • Form into ball, if not formed already
  • Place parchment paper on cooking sheet
  • Put formed ball onto paper
  • Once all balls are on paper, brush egg wash over all of them
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each egg washed ball
  • Lower heat in over to 350
  • Place cooking sheet inside of over for 15 minutes or until balls turn to golden brown. Cooking times may vary
  • Eat and enjoy
