Eat UP: RibAMania

So this week on Eat UP, I made ribs in the slow cooker. Rib-A-Mania was running wild around here for sure. Slow cooked ribs are tremendously easy to make and come out perfect. The recipe was so easy that I had a little fun at the start of it and went in Hulk Hogan mode to kick things off.

Ingredients:

  • 1 rack of ribs
  • spice of your choice
  • BBQ sauce of your choice

Directions:

  • Rub spices into the ribs
  • toss half of the bbq sauce in the slow cooker
  • stand ribs up in the slow cooker with the meaty side against the wall of the cooker
  • pour other half of the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs
  • cook for 3 hours on high and then 1 hour on low
  • Remove from slow cooker
  • EAT!
