Eat UP: French Toast Casserole

This week on Eat UP, as we continue with “Breakfast for Dinner” month, I am serving up a dish called “French Toast Casserole.” The recipe was sent to me from my friend Emily. It is a combination of French Toast and Cinnamon buns. I hope you like it.


  • 2 table spoons of melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of whole milk
  • 1 table spoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese (for icing)
  • 2 packets of icing
  • 1 tablespoon of whole milk (for icing)
  • 2 tubes of ready to bake cinnamon rolls
